Here is a useful application that I use to keep me from having to buy an alarm clock and clutter up my living space. It is an alarm clock application that can be setup to wake you up slowly by using a default alarm clock "beep!" or you can set it to wake you up with your favorite tunes in Itunes. The other great feature with this alarm clock application is that allows you to set multiple alarms and the days that you would like those alarms to go off on to help you with your busy schedule.

So it has been quite awhile since I have posted a blog, and quite a bit has changed since the last time I have been on here. First off I have lost about 30 pounds and feel the best I ever have. I have also decided to take a huge step in my life and send it spiraling in a new direction. I decided that my previous attendance at the University of Maine was fun but not really the greatest for what I wanted to do in Web Design for my career, so now I am living in Florida and attending Full Sail University. It has been quite a change but I am comfortably satisfied with it so far. Our schedules here run all hours of the day and range about 8 to 10 hours a day in class or labs, yes it is a very long time that you spend in class and is very demanding. This allows for students (such as myself) to gain a professional view and experience as one you would experience in this kind of industry that I would be going into after school, which is pretty damn exciting! I have been more focused on my work then I have ever been and feel that I am doing something that is worth while unlike what I was experiencing through taking meaningless classes that had nothing to do with my major at the University of Maine. I no longer have to worry about getting in a class that I would like to take to contribute to my major as well. Besides that I have been experiencing the Florida life and trying to soak in as much of that as possible in my short stay in Florida. Well Folks, its pretty late and time for me to hit my bed. Till I write again. Chow!

Sometime very recently I have come to the realization that I have been living for all of the wrong reasons. There comes a point in your life when you have to take a step back and look at what you are living for and when you really think about it, it can become very real and almost scary for a moment. When I finally came to my senses and actually did this I got something out of it that was much more then what I was looking for.
Lets take a step back for a second...
You may have been like me living your life to get everything that the economy/society/who the hell knows wanting to have money, the big house, the nice car, and all of that other material bull, but why? See, this is the part that I really had such a hard time answering myself.
Then came the scary part...
Do I want to live like this? Do I want to live my life chasing these material objects? Would I have lived a happy fulfilled life if I decided to strive for these "things"? When I asked myself this, there was no way that I could say that this would make for a happy and worthy life.
I really have come to believe that we buy all of these "things" and form our own prisons, stress, and something to convince ourselves that we are somehow bettering something that is bigger then ourselves. The fact is that we created this fake scenario for our board mind. There is so much more out there that this world has to offer and believe that I would much rather spend my life experiencing what this world has to offer. I would love to know that I have seen most of this world and have met some really interesting people over the years. This has much more to offer for your curious mind.
I want to keep writing but I have to jet. I'll keep you updated on this adventure called "Life"!
:-)
I recently went out to San Francisco, California to visit my cousins Brian and Brandon. This spring break trip intended for bar hoping, lots of drinking, and getting to know my cousins better became much more then that. I got to see the golden gate bridge, Alcatraz and other exciting scenes that the beautiful city of San Francisco had to offer. But most of all I got to see the variety of people and the diverse society that resides there. I found that most of my life I have been living in a place were diversity is a matter of clothing, car’s, and other materialistic objects. Three years into my college career and this trip made me reaize how much that I have not discovered and learnt. Majoring as a New Media student at the University of Maine’s experimental New Media program where you are surrounded by nothing but Older Media really hit me through this trip. My parents have helped me immensely helping me with school bills making sure that when I left school that I would not have a pile of bills to deal with, now I am stuck with having to explain that I really don’t want to continue going to school here in Maine and would rather start over again schooling in California were I know I can gain much more and actually fulfill my career ambitions. This has left me in a rut and very confused with what I should do now… Will keep you posted.
Peace.

Over a million iPhones have been sold. Have you: bought one, considered it, or decided it's not for you?
Alright, here we go... The IPhone brings forth wonderful technology that is considerably different from any other mobile device and does it well, plus its an Apple product so you know it is a product with quality. I currently do not own an I Phone and am currently not considering buying one any time soon for the sole reason that there is only one mobile phone service that offers the IPhone. The service does not work the greatest in my area so there would be no point in me purchasing something that will not work where I live. If I lived in a different area then I would most definitely consider the IPhone, but at this moment am waiting for the IPhone to be offered on other mobile services or until Google releases there new mobile OS that will be offered on phones soon enough.

Ok. So you wake up in the morning and you brew your self a nice big cup o' coffee (if you like coffee). After your done drinking your coffee, what do you do with your coffee grounds? Probably doing what most people do, you throw them away. Well STOP! You can actually use coffee grounds to your advantage! Instead of creating more waist used it to put on your plants. Yes, coffee grounds make great fertilizer! Coffee grounds contian lots of nitrogen, in which is one of the harder things for plants to get, in which they depend on. So to help lessen the amount of waist you create and help your garden grow use your coffee grounds for multiple purposes!
